Troubleshooting your Download
I can’t seem to find my download. Where is it?
By default, your download should be found in the "My Documents" folder (unless the default folder has been changed). If the Download is not there, please go to "Search" under your "Start" button. There you can search for ".pdf" (all of our downloads end in .pdf). The name of your download should be similar to the product you purchased: allbabyshowergames.pdf (for the Complete Baby Shower Game Package), animalgroups.pdf (for the Animal Groups game), and so on.
I can’t open my download file (.pdf)?
You need to download the Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 5.0 or higher) in order to view the files. You can go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to download the latest version available for your computer.
I'm getting an error message saying the file is corrupted and can't be repaired?

I Can't Personalize My Free Extras
I can’t seem to personalize my free extras
Usually the problem here is that you dont have the correct version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 5.0 or higher) to personalize the free extras. You can go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html to download the latest version available for your computer. If you have Adobe Acrobat Reader (Version 5.0 or higher) re-download and re-install the latest version possible.

How to Use .PDF Files
Double-click on the .PDF file and it will open in Adobe Acrobat Reader. Simply use the Print command to print as many copies of the file as you need.

Printer Suggestions
For the Baby Shower Games:
The artwork and font styles have been specifically selected for great PLAIN PAPER inkjet printer or laser printer copies.
For exceptional photo-quality prints, you can use the printer's suggested high-quality paper, although we believe this to be completely unneccessary.
For the FREE Extras!:
For the Invitations, Mother's Card, and Placecards, it is best to print these items on a heavy cardstock or for the best quality, print on heavyweight photo-quality inkjet paper. The name tags can be printed on label paper or just cardstock as well.
